Magical Faux Batik on Silk
Learn how to stretch silk on a frame and then apply soy wax with brushes and/or tjanting tools (Balinese) to create your design. Next, apply layers of dyes to create patterns of light and color. Joanna's hands-on instruction ensures even beginners will be successful. No prior experience necessary. Finished projects will be professionally steamed to remove wax.
Duration: 9 am to 4 pm
